Natural Body Care Disclaimers
All Urban Sugarbaby products are for external use only and should never be taken internally.  We know
they smell good enough to eat but please DO NOT ingest.  If you are pregnant, epileptic, have cancer,
liver damage, or have any other medical issue, please contact your doctor before ordering or using any
product containing essential oils. Never use products on irritated or broken skin. Some of our products
contain nut oils. Please read label carefully before use of any product to insure you are not allergic to the
natural ingredients used.  If irritation occurs discontinue use and consult a physician.

Shelf Life for Natural Products:
Urban Sugarbaby is delighted to offer natural body care the way nature intended. Due to our naturally
derived preservatives, all water-based products should be used within 6 months and all oil-based
products used within 6-9 months of purchase to preserve freshness.  We're sure that you'll enjoy them so
much that they'll be all gone within that time anyway! To help preserve your products keep all products
stored in their closed container in a cool, dry place and out of direct sunlight.

Meltable Products:
Unfortunately in the hot summer months, we cannot guarantee that your products will not melt during
shipment.  Body butters and balms can melt in high temperatures. If you order these products in high
temperatures despite our warning and they melt during shipment,  you may place in the refrigerator to
re-solidify. Generally 10 minutes will do. An alternative way is to ship these addictive products
overnight. The effectiveness of the product will not been compromised.

Q: Does your company test its products on animals?
A: Absolutely not, our products are 100% cruelty free as well as our raw material
suppliers! We love our furry friends!

Q: Is it true the  Urban Sugarbaby brand is physician recommended? How?
A: Yes, we are happy to boast that our line is physician tested and recommended. That
means a licensed physician* has used the line and has given our brand the seal of
approval with an official recommendation! This means the products have been viewed
as safe & hypoallegenic for even the most sensitive skin.

Q: What forms of payments do you accept ONLINE?
A: Visa, Mastercard, AmEx, Discover, Paypal.

Q: Can I order by phone?
A: Yes, as an added benefit for our fabulous customers we now offer the option of
phoning in your order. We accept VISA MASTERCARD DISCOVER, AmEx via phone. To
do so please call 713.782.BATH.

Q: How long will it take for me to receive my package?
A. Urban Sugarbaby has a 1 - 3 day in-house processing time. We will do our VERY
best to ship as quickly as possible within or before that 3 day period.  We don't want
you to wait a second longer than you have to for your package. Please allow 7-10
days to receive your products. This general estimate includes shipping. View the
SHIPPING TRANSIT SCHEDULE map at the bottom of the page for more info time. We
can not ship to PO Boxes.

Q: How do I track my package?
A: Once your package has shipped you will receive a confirmation via email. Upon
receipt simply log onto UPS and enter your tracking number.

Q: May I pick up my package instead of having it shipped?
A: Absolutely! As a benefit to our customers we offer a pick up option. If you are
located in or around the Houston area you may pick up your package up from our
warehouse every Friday, 9pm to 5pm. We will call you to let you know when it is ready
for pick up. *Please note if you order through the website shipping charges (excluding
"free shipping" promotions) automatically apply therefore to avoid shipping you must
place all pick up orders via phone.*

Q. Do you offer sponsorships & donations?
A: Yes, we are more than happy to offer event sponsorships in the form of gift
certificates or gift baskets.  Although we would love to sponsor every event, due to the
overwhelming number or requests we receive throughout the year we require that all
requests be scheduled by appointment only at least 6-8 weeks in advance of the event
date. Please be prepared to provide us with a hard copy of all pertinent information
regarding the event, proposal and contact information. Email
info@urbansugarbaby.com to schedule an appointment.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: We currently only ship throughout the United States.

Q: Do you offer gift certificates?
A: Yes, we offer in store and online gift certificates please visit our gifts page for more
info to determine which certificate best suits your needs.

Q: How do I redeem my gift certificate?
A: Gift certificates purchased online can only be redeemed online. Gift Certificates
purchased in store on can only be redeemed at the boutique.

Q: Do you offer gift baskets?
A: Yes, we offer a variety of baskets. Please visit our gifts page for more info. For
cutomized gifts please contact our customer care.

Q: How can I join the mailing list?
A: Enter your info in the VIP mailing list box located at the top of the home page...it's
that easy!

Q: What if an item is out of stock?
A: If an item you ordered is out of stock, it will be placed on back order automatically
and you will be notified of estimated shipping date. Generally, we ship back orders
out within 7 business days of the original order date. If it's going to take longer than 7
days you will be notified via email on estimated ship time.  

Q: What is your returns policy?
A: Final Sale for retail and wholesale. Each product is handcrafted fresh either the day
of your order or within a few days and therefore all sales are final and are not subject
to return once your package ships.  Please be sure of your order prior to check out.  If
your package arrives damaged or if you receive an incorrect item your claim must be
received within 5 days from the date you receive your order and it will be our pleasure
to fix it.
Cancellations: Should you choose to cancel your internet order after it has been
processed your refund will incur a 20% restocking fee. This is due to our products being
made fresh to order for all internet orders.
Exchanged Gifts: Customer will pay shipping and handling fees on any exchanged
gifts.   Gifts that have been purchased may be exchanged within 5 days of the day the
package was received but items CAN'T be used in any way. The seal can not be broken
on the containers.  If you're returning a package please use an insured and prepaid
method such as UPS. Include your packing slip or a note with your invoice number and
the reason for your return.  Please email Urban Sugarbaby for an Exchange Form
before shipping.
Cash Refunds: Sorry, but Urban Sugarbaby does not issue cash refunds on opened
products  and shipping and handling fees on returns are non-refundable.  
Donated Gifts: Products that are donated as gifts by Urban Sugarbaby are not subject
to exchange or return. This includes gifts donated to fundraiser events, galas, social
events, music industry parties, etc..

A: Protecting your personal information is important to us. All correspondence and

be shared or sold for any reason at any time to anyone!  We have taken serious
