Please read guidelines below prior to booking.
Party Hosting Guidelines
- First, call us at 713-752-BATH or submit form below for available dates to book your party!
- Must be at least 21 yrs or older to host a party & attend.
- There is a $100 REFUNDABLE deposit required that will be returned at the close of the event. Deposits
are only accepted in cash or money order form.
- All cancellations must be done at least (5) days prior to event. Please be aware that deposits are non-
refundable if a cancellation occurs any later than 5 days prior to event with an option to reschedule at a
later date however your deposit will not be refunded at the end your rescheduled party.
- Boutique Parties are reserved in 2, 3 or 4 hour sessions...it's your call!
- There must be at least 20 guests present NOT including the host or the deposit will be forfeited.
- Once the party has been booked it will be highlighted on the events page. All parties are listed as private
unless specified by hostess. Please be aware that public parties are open to anyone who views our
calendar. Urban Sugarbaby is not responsible for inviting guests to public parties.
- For a successful party we suggest sending out a formal invite that includes a link to our website. This will
help answer any questions about Urban Sugarbaby. Check out www.evite.com for invitation options.
- Prior to the actual party, be sure to inform guests that this is an Urban Sugarbaby private trunk show
therefore there will be items for sell at the party.
- Give us an official guest count at least (3) days in advance.
- Hostess receives credit at the close of the party. Your credit must be used at party. The unused balance
of the certificate, if any is non transferable and will be voided should it not be used the day of the party.
