As a company standard of retail quality we are selective in our list of retailers and require a valid
state or federal Tax ID #  to open an account. After completing your application please submit a
copy of your business license, reseller's certificate, or tax ID to:

All wholesale orders must meet our $500 minimum order requirement. At this time we are only
able to accept wholesale applications from US-based merchants. We offer small sample sizes and
a wholesale sampler kit at very reasonable prices. We are unable to send free samples. DUe to
constant new additions to our product line we do not currently offer a print catalog. All our
wholesale information is available online for your convenience.
